Housing Element Update

Description: The City of La Cañada Flintridge (LCF) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services to prepare the City’s 7th Cycle (2029-2037) Housing Element Update. The selected Consultant shall demonstrate relevant expertise, experience, and an approach that reflects a clear understanding of the State Housing Element requirements. The completed Housing Element must meet all statutory requirements, be consistent with the City’s General Plan, and achieve certification from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) by April 2030. Please refer to RFP for additional information.
