House Setup and House Development Services Phase II RFP

Description: The City of Greenville and Pitt Community College are seeking proposals from licensed general contractors to construct three affordable single-family homes in West Greenville as part of the 50-in-10 Affordable Housing Initiative. The homes will be three-bedroom, two-bathroom residences of approximately 1,300–1,500 square feet at 609 West 5th Street, 805 West 5th Street, and 907 Cherry Street. Attendance at mandatory pre-bid meetings is required, including a meeting on September 21, 2026, before submitting a bid.
