Description: The City of Coral Springs is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified development partners to design, finance, construct, and operate a hotel with a minimum 3-star/diamond rating and at least 225 rooms. The project includes pool features and a rooftop bar or lounge on an undeveloped 4.5-acre parcel within the Sportsplex at the southeast corner of Sportsplex Drive and Sample Road.
