Description: The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking quotations from prospective Respondents to establish a Roster Framework Agreement (RFA) for the supply of Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete across the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Department requires asphaltic concrete for maintenance of roads to current specifications for surface course asphalt, for all Department Regions including Avalon, Eastern, Central, Western, and Labrador. The initial agreement has a duration of one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods, allowing the Department to purchase on an 'as and when required' basis.
