Work includes removing portions of the existing failing wall south of Dorchester Avenue, regrading the slope above it, and building a smaller pre-cast modular retaining wall system. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Vendor Self Service portal by November 6, 2026, at noon local time; a bid surety of at least 10% is required, and the successful bidder must provide performance surety of at least 100% of the contract value.
