2027 Street Rehabilitation Package 5 – Overlay

Description: The City of San Antonio seeks construction services for street rehabilitation, including asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, pavement and base replacement, and related street and sidewalk improvements. The work may also include curb ramps, curbs, driveways, retaining walls, speed humps, topsoil and sod, signage, pavement markings, and joint and crack sealing. Adjustments to existing valve boxes, meter boxes, and manholes are included as site conditions require.
