Hopper Weir Overflow and Door Cylinder Procurement

Description: The active special notice announces that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to negotiate and award a sole-source contract to IHC America Inc. for proprietary hydraulic cylinders used in the Dredge Essayons hopper system. The requirement covers two IHC Weir Overflow cylinders (Part #110015286) and two IHC Bottom Door cylinders (Part #110015287), with factory testing at 225 bar and 330 bar respectively. Final inspection and acceptance will occur at the USACE District Warehouse in Portland, Oregon, and delivery is required no later than April 15, 2027.
