Description: Demolition and offsite removal of an existing building, asphalt paving, and existing retaining wall. Construction of a new concrete retaining wall, heavy-duty concrete pad, removable rail, and a new scale house structure. Structural works include reinforcing steel, woods, plastics, thermal/moisture protection, doors, windows, finishes, specialties, equipment, furnishings, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, utility construction, sitework, and an alternative 52,000 SF of 1-1/2" mill and overlay.
