Hood River County Parks Master Plan (Request for Proposal)

Description: The Parks Master Plan will: Assess need and feasibility for new campgrounds, expansion of existing overnight facilities, and conversion of day-use areas to overnight camping: Produce a phased, costed, 10-year Capital Improvement Roadmap that directly supports funding applications, Align with the State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) and OPRD grant requirements; Establish an ADA Transition Plan with prioritized improvements and cost estimates; Develop sustainable revenue strategies, including fee structures, reservation systems, grants, and other funding opportunities.
