Request for Qualifications for Underwriter Services
The Agencies are soliciting qualified firms registered with the SEC, FINRA and/or MSRB to establish prequalified panels of senior managing and co-managing underwriters and a selling group member list for their bond issuances. Engagements will support bond structuring, pricing, marketing, distribution, underwriting and related financial services, with an initial three-year term and two optional one-year renewals. Proposals are due by September 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, and the solicitation remains open as of August 31, 2026.
