The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Historical Society (KHS), seeks on-demand legal counsel, document drafting, contract negotiation, compliance advice, and representation in civil and administrative matters. The personal-services contract is scheduled for November 20, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with rates capped at $125 per hour for partners, $100 per hour for associates, and $20,000 per appellate case. Proposals are due electronically by 4:30 p.m. EST on November 6, 2026; bidders must maintain active Kentucky bar membership, and technical qualifications and cost will be evaluated.
