Homeless Housing Assistance and Prevention Program

Description: The County of Humboldt, through its Department of Health and Human Services, is soliciting proposals from qualified community organizations to implement homelessness assistance projects under the sixth round of the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program. The solicitation seeks projects addressing permanent housing, rapid rehousing, homelessness prevention, interim shelter, and youth-focused services, with successful proposers entering HHAP Agreements with the County.
