HOLDEN TOWN CULINARY WATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 2026 – PHASE 1

Description: Published August 19, 2026, this active invitation seeks construction bids for the HOLDEN TOWN CULINARY WATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT 2026 – PHASE 1 and is not a grant-program solicitation. The associated work includes a new 500,000-gallon concrete storage tank, approximately 1600 feet of new 12-inch tank transmission line, valve and hydrant replacements, chlorination and SCADA upgrades, a cemetery booster pump system, and radio-read water service meters.
