Description: The Town of Enfield, North Carolina is soliciting sealed proposals for the Phase 7 Water Improvements Project. The project includes installing approximately 511 linear feet of 8-inch HDPE water main via horizontal directional drill, 220 linear feet of 24-inch steel casing (bore and jack), 305 linear feet of 18-inch steel casing (bore and jack), 287 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 2,823 linear feet of 10-inch water main, 681 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 20,482 linear feet of 6-inch water main, 40 linear feet of 2-inch water main, 45 fire hydrant assemblies, 213 water services, two hydrant-mounted auto flushing stations, and all necessary appurtenances. Bids must be received by the Town of Enfield at the Town Hall no later than 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, August 27, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the Enfield Town Hall.
