HL26-11 - MIWSFPA Custodial Services

Description: Brock University has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP HL26-11) seeking qualified proponents to provide custodial services for the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts (MIWSFPA), located at 15 Artists' Common, St. Catharines, Ontario. The contract term is three years with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms, with the agreement expected to be executed around September 2026. Proposals must include pricing, cleaning products and equipment forms, SDS and Eco Logo certification documentation, and staff health and safety training certificates.
