StanRTA seeks a qualified firm to provide campaign-based and supplemental graphic design services for public-facing advertising and communications. StanRTA will establish campaign objectives, target audiences, strategic priorities, and final direction and will retain approval authority over all public-facing messaging. Within that framework, the Contractor is expected to contribute professional creative expertise, including proposing campaign names, taglines, slogans, visual themes, and other concepts that support StanRTA’s objectives. The Contractor shall develop visually distinctive work consistent with StanRTA branding, campaign objectives, target audiences, strategic priorities and approved task authorizations. All proposed graphic design concepts are subject to StanRTA review and written approval before public use. Services support rider retention, ridership growth, promotion of essential and discretionary trips, and awareness of StanRTA as a safe, convenient, environmentally responsible transportation option. Work may also support authorized initiatives from other StanRTA departments. This solicitation primarily covers campaign-based graphic design, creative concept development associated with those designs, layout, adaptation, and production-ready artwork. StanRTA will provide the creative brief, overarching marketing strategy, campaign goals, and final approved English and Spanish copy and translations. As part of the included campaign design services, the Contractor shall be encouraged to recommend and refine creative approaches, including campaign names, taglines, slogans, headlines, visual themes, and related short-form promotional language, for StanRTA consideration. Such recommendations are included in the applicable campaign package price and do not independently constitute additional billable strategy or copywriting services. StanRTA may accept, revise, or reject any recommendation and retains responsibility for approving final messaging and creative direction.
