Construction of the metal roof retrofit / recovery project. The Project is generally described as providing Polyiso Flute Filler Roofing Insulation, Polyiso (High Density) Roofing Cover Board, and TPO Single-Ply Membrane Roof System over the existing metal roofing system (approximately 55,000 SF) so as to provide a 20-year watertight warranted (material and workmanship) roof system.

The Project consists of the replacement of the roof and soffit on an existing brick building, which includes removing and properly disposing of existing roofing materials, furnishing and installing a new white metal replacement roof and new soffit materials, inspecting the structure for visible damage, properly flashing and sealing edges and penetrations, and clearing all construction debris.
