Seeking qualified vendors for the construction of a new High Service Pump Station including all associated civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) including repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for a complete and usable facility. The project also includes modifications to the existing High Service Pump Station-North located within the water treatment plant boundaries. The modifications include 1) installation of one High-Flow/High-Head horizontal split case pump (45 mgd each), one 4,000 hp motors, one air-cooled adjustable frequency drives (AFDs), 2) removal of one LowFlow/Low-Head horizontal split case pump with the associated motor and valves on the pump train, 3) replacement of valve actuators with electric actuators on existing 54” gate valves, 4) modifications to the airducts in the building and all associated mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls (I&C) including repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work.
