High School Water Softener Sizing, Equipment Procurement, Room Construction, and Installation (Request for Proposal)

Description: Work include Phase A: Water Testing, Sizing, and System Selection. Water Analysis & Sizing: Test raw water hardness (gpg/ppm), iron, manganese, total dissolved solids (TDS), and pH at the site connection. Phase B: Room Construction & Enclosure. Architectural Enclosure: Construct a dedicated room/enclosure to house the water softener and brine storage tanks in an area designated by the District Director of Operations. Phase C: Plumbing, Electrical, and Commissioning. Plumbing Connections: Tie into the main water service line, including hardwater bypass piping, isolation valves, pressure gauges, and backflow preventer per local plumbing codes.
