Modular Floating Platforms

Pole Steps
Step, working level for octagon fiberglass poles, 3/4" bolt x 25", material astm a36 or a307 steel, hot dip galvanized per astm a53, shall be unc threaded on one end with 90-degree hook on the step ene, threaded portion shall extend 6 inches outward from the nut. Allowable length variation shall be +/- 0.250", shall be equipped with one 3" square flat washer welded on the step end, with a 5/16-inch anti-rolling hole, the other end shall be equipped with one 3-inch square flat washer, one star washer, and one square nut, the pole step shall be able to withstand 750 pound static load without any elastic deformatio, 1,400 each.

Modular Power Generation and Distribution
The primary objective of the project is to provide standardized, factory-integrated, turnkey, modular power and distribution solutions. A critical technological requirement is that these solutions must meet or be compatible with specifications. The desired solutions must include all management, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, design, manufacturing, procurement, shipping, delivery, installation, and testing to provide a complete and usable end-product. These solutions must be fully integrated and terminated to all government-furnished equipment and commissioned at each site. Any proposed solutions must be compliant with the buy american act. The technical requirements detailed below represent required solution attributes. The core innovation sought in this prototype project is not in the component design, but in the offeror’s proposed process for securely manufacturing, integrating, testing, and delivering this configuration as a complete relocatable system within the timeline requested.
