Heritage Hall bathroom remodel.Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition - Removal and disposal of existing showers, toilets, sinks, partions, flooring and associated walls. Removal of existing toilet accessories, saving paper towel dispensers for reinstallation. Interior concrete slab - Replace any concrete removed during plumbing work with matching thickness and elevation. Dowels to be installed into existing slab at 18" OC. Doors and hardware - Replace existing restroom entry doors with solid-core wood doors on existing hollow metal frames. See attached file.
