The Escambia County DHR is soliciting a contractor to remove all existing flooring, backing, subflooring, glue, adhesive, and flooring debris in preparation for carpet beetle treatment and new flooring installation. Work will be completed in three phases in coordination with the Pest Control and Flooring suppliers, and the supplier must attend a mandatory site visit and provide all required tools and equipment. The supplier must perform the work professionally and safely, cannot subcontract the work, and must legally dispose of all waste.
