Health Care Education Building- New Construction

Description: Robeson Community College is seeking first-tier trade partners to prequalify for construction of a new approximately 27,000 GSF, single-story Healthcare Education Building. The construction scope covers sitework and landscaping; structural concrete and steel; masonry and exterior systems; roofing; doors, windows, storefront and curtain wall; interior framing and finishes; casework; and complete MEP and fire-protection systems across numerous trade packages. This is a construction prequalification solicitation rather than a grant, and submissions must be made electronically through TradeTapp and BuildingConnected by December 8, 2026, with Tina Harris of Metcon, Inc. as the contact.
