Hazelwood Cemetery New Grounds Building (HENB)

Description: Work includes demolition of the existing building, including the floor slab and foundations, along with selective demolition of portions of the existing site as indicated in the construction documents, to accommodate the construction of a new cemetery office building and associated site improvements. Site demolition includes removal of existing fencing and footings, concrete pads, asphalt pavement, as well as an existing outbuilding, utilities, and infrastructure. Site improvements include installation of new utility infrastructure, including water, sanitary sewer, and underground electrical service, as well as a new utility meter and fire hydrant.
