Cleaning ditch making it smooth and water flows freely like it does north of pink line on roadway. Any extra dirt and debris will need to be hauled away. After clearing the ditch area it will need to be seeded and straw matting placed to prevent erosion.

Spread 4" x 24' wide gravel on entire length and pulverize the existing blacktop. Pave with 3" of asphalt hot mix in two 1.5" compacted lifts. Gravel 2' wide shoulders. Double yellow center line stripe on the entire length. Length of project: 5,227 FT.
