Hawaii Disability Parking Permit

Furnish and delivery of disabled parking placards for the statewide parking for persons with disability program. Long term placards shall be high density polyethylene, 35 mil in thickness, 4" x 9" dimension, background color of blue placard shall be, text (international symbol of access), placards shall be numbered sequentially beginning with p-282-700, see attached long term placard specifications for solicitation description. Temporary placards shall be a high density polyethylene, 35 mil in thickness, 4" x 9" dimension, background color of red placard shall be, text (international symbol of access), placards shall be numbered sequentially beginning with t-184-500, see attached temporary placard specifications for solicitation description.
