Hastings Campus Carpet Replacement Project

Approx., 2,500 SY of carpet at the judicial center and roughly 900 SY at the administration center, along with a small quantity of luxury vinyl tile (LVT) in select locations. The project areas include a mix of open office spaces, conference rooms, and individual offices that have experienced significant wear since the last replacement cycle. The overall intent of the project is to replace aging carpet with durable, modern finishes that improve the appearance, comfort, and maintainability of these facilities while supporting the county's long-term facilities management strategy.
