Harbor Scenic Drive Roadway & Infrastructure Improvements RFP

Description: The work required by this contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: public roadway improvement project including remove and reconstruct roadway pavement, reconfigure roadway geometry, and install roadside safety features; improve roadway drainage system and install best management practices (bmp); install new overhead sign structures, roadside and wayfinding signs, traffic signs, traffic signals, street lighting, fiber optic communication network, and intelligent transportation systems (its) components to monitor and improve traffic operations; remove existing planting and install new drought-tolerant planting and irrigation system.
