Handshake Subscription

Description: The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting continued access to the Handshake Talent Engagement Suite for CMS's targeted recruitment and outreach efforts. The requirement supports posting positions, engaging candidates, and filling hard-to-fill roles across the agency. This is a noncompetitive acquisition, and the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Stryder Corp. as the only reasonably available source.
