roject consists of the renovation and full roof replacement of the existing single-story, approximately 2,270 square foot mechanical and electrical equipment building located at 100 Civic Center Parkway in Burnsville, Minnesota. Work includes complete demolition of the existing standing seam metal roofing system, wood roof deck, and associated components, followed by installation of a new metal roof assembly including insulation, underlayment, flashing, and prefinished metal trim. Structural scope includes replacement of the wood roof deck and coordination with existing framing, along with miscellaneous exterior repairs and integration of mechanical and electrical upgrades, including removal, replacement, and coordination of roof-mounted equipment and penetrations.

Judy Reservoir WTP Disinfection System Replacement Project (Invitation to Bid)
Installation of a new hydrochlorination system at the Judy Reservoir WTP. The Project will include the construction of a new building for bulk hypochlorite storage and a chemical feed system. The new building will include site work, HVAC, electrical, and control systems. To achieve continuity of service throughout the project, portions of the existing chlorine gas feed system will be maintained during the installation of new hypochlorite feed facilities. Also included is the replacement of the chlorine dioxide system 1-ton gas cylinders with 150-lb cylinders, including cylinder scales, cylinder storage mounts, and scrubber ventilation modifications.
