Halliday, ND - Wolverine Park Improvements RFP

Description: Work includes removing 125 SY of asphalt, 35 SY of concrete, 25 LF of curb and gutter, 25 LF of fencing, 165 SY of athletic court surfacing, and 4 EA hydrants. Core utility infrastructure updates include installing 410 LF of 8" and 20 LF of 6" sanitary sewer mains with manholes, alongside 330 LF of 6" water main, 170 LF of 2" water service, curb stops, gate valves, and hydrants. Earthwork and site finishing cover 2,500 SY of topsoil stripping, 1,500 SY of topsoil placement, 320 SY of subgrade preparation, 320 SY of Class 5 aggregate surfacing, 1,500 SY of hydraulic mulching, and 1,500 SY of Class III seeding. Key amenity construction includes a complete ice rink setup featuring a concrete pad, a ProWall dasher board system, and two hockey goals, managed alongside site controls, mobilization, traffic control, and quality testing allowances.
