Provide captcha service for identifying and blocking automated ("bot") web traffic to protect against scraping and other malicious usage of UCS websites, such as credential stuffing or brute-force password guessing attacks. UCS estimates about 10 million captcha verifications will be required per month.

The JTHL requires a FedRAMP authorized solution that will provide monthly scheduled maintenance and updates, technical support, and secure hosting environment for Bibliovation in a productive and streamlined manner to enhance DIA staff access to Library resources. JTHL currently has 10,787 MARC records. LibLime/PTFS shall provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for Bibliovation to support the following business processes/ functional areas in a productive and streamlined manner. System software; Cloud hosting; Digital item storage; System configuration and branding; Record structure support; Training for staff; System reporting; System maintenance; Technical support.
