Group Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical Insurance Plans RFP
The City of South St. Paul is soliciting bids for Group Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical Insurance Plans. Physical copies must be sent to Shelly Anderson at the City, while electronic copies and questions go to Jason Ottmar at Marsh & McLennan Agency, who also holds copies of the RFP, existing labor-management agreements, and existing contracts. Bids are accepted until August 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., and the city reserves the right to reject bids or select the proposal that best meets its needs.
