Grounds and Landscape Maintenance for Capital Projects

Description: The RFP seeks year-round grounds and landscape maintenance at the Capital Projects Building, 520 13th Avenue South, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Work includes twice-monthly mowing, edging, weeding, and blowing of driveways and porches, fertilizing as needed, and maintaining one plant bed. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for November 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern at the building; on-time attendance and sign-in are required, and late or remote attendance is not permitted.
