Greenhouse Gas Inventory Verification for CA, WA, TCR

Description: Seattle City Light, through the City of Seattle, is soliciting proposals for third-party verification of greenhouse gas inventories reported to California, Washington, and The Climate Registry. The selected consultant will verify City Light’s emissions reports for calendar years 2026–2028 and provide compliance reports and supporting documentation under the applicable jurisdictional standards.
