Description: Construction of a new 378 LF asphalt entrance road, 0.3 miles of asphalt pedestrian trails, approx 0.5 acres of parking lot improvements, demolition of existing picnic shelter, construction of a new picnic shelter, new steel shade structure and new flush washroom building and associated municipal utilities. Additional scope involves construction of a paved concrete kayak launch and asphalt connecting trail as well as creation of .43 acres of wetland onsite. Total earth excavation for the project is estimated at 4,600 CY.
