Green Alley Construction

Description: Construction of one permeable alley approx. 660' in length. The 16' wide alley includes an 8' wide permeable paver section with aggregate base and bedding, bordered by 4' wide concrete pavement on each side. Work also includes installation of a perforated underdrain connected to the combined sewer system, reconstruction of garage aprons, sewer improvements, tree removal, and all related appurtenant work. 396 SY of 6" PCC driveway pavement; 275 SF of 5" portland cement conc sidewalk; 28 CY porous granular backfill; 33 LF of 4" PVC sewer, ASTM 3034 SDR 26.
