Great Swamp Effluent Management System Access Road Improvements RFP

Description: Construction of three (3) low water crossings over an existing 24" diameter effluent pipeline. Each crossing consists of approx. 95 LF of partial concrete encasement over the existing pipeline and the placement of precast tied articulated concrete mats above the concrete encasement. The area of the mats varies between 1,500 and 3,050 SF. The crossings include a 40' mid-section that lowers the road grade to allow improved hydraulic conveyance from east to west, with sloped sections to transition back to existing grade.
