School-Based Mental Health and Behavioral Health Services (Request for Proposal)
Provide universal prevention and psychoeducation for students. Targeted short-term individual and group counseling based on authorized referrals and appropriate consent. Screening, needs identification, care coordination, case consultation, and referral to higher or specialized levels of care. Crisis prevention, de-escalation, risk assessment within professional scope, safety planning, postvention, and coordination with district protocols and emergency/community resources. Family outreach, education, engagement, and warm handoffs to community-based services. Consultation and capacity-building for school teams regarding trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, resilience, healthy relationships, coping skills, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-informed practices
