Government Relations Services (Request of Proposals)
Qualified contractor to represent the city in specialized government relations efforts. The City relies on outside assistance to build and maintain the constructive working relationships needed to address the myriad issues facing cities in Oregon and the City of Bend as a fast-growing community. At this time, the City is focused on State legislative advocacy, however, proposers should explain either how they coordinate when clients have a separate contracted federal lobbyist or if they offer federal advocacy services that could be added at another time.
