Government Owned Pre-Engineered Steel Building Erection

Description: Complete erection of the pre-engineered steel building. Prior to erection, Contractor shall examine the concrete foundation and masonry bearing surfaces, anchor bolt size and placement, survey slab elevation, locations of bearing plates, and other embedments to receive structural framing with the metal building manufacturers templates and drawings as detailed in the SOW before erecting any steel components for compliance with requirements for installation tolerances and other conditions affecting performance of the Work. Erect metal building system according to manufacturers written erection instructions, approved shop drawings and other erection documents in accordance with MBMA MBSM - Metal Building Systems Manual.
