Goldfield Wellness Clinic Facility Improvements RFP

Description: The Work of this Contract Furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to complete renovation improvements to the existing Goldfield Clinic, including HVAC replacement, ADA restroom improvements, patient room upgrades, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, exterior signage, and related improvements. The Additive/Alternate Bid Items include construction of an ADA-accessible parking space and access path, as well as the addition of a privacy wall, door, and interior window within the reception area.
