The U.S. Embassy in Nicosia (Department of State) issued a presolicitation for maintenance of the HVAC & BMS system for a base year with four one-year options; the government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov (the government’s official posting site) and the government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2026; no response deadline is yet listed. All contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submission and the contracting office requests offers be mailed and emailed to NicosiaContracting@state.gov.
