Description: To provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, personal protection equipment, and support equipment incidental for the installation of a geothermal hvac system at the historic, two-story wood-framed jackson shrine death site work includes but is not limited to; minor architectural modifications to accommodate mechanical penetrations; demolition of existing mechanical equipment and ductwork, installation of new water source heat pump and associated equipment and ductwork; minor electrical modifications to support new hvac system; boring and installation of ground heat exchangers; additional site utility installation; and vegetation restoration at areas of disturbance.
