Description: The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission, on behalf of the Georgia Department of Transportation, is soliciting qualified construction-management-at-risk firms for the design-build of a new 78,000-square-foot District-7 Administration Office in Atlanta. The selected CM/GC would provide preconstruction, design-assist, cost estimating, subcontractor coordination, and construction execution under a stated $22 million cost limitation and approximately 14-month construction period.
