George Wilson Center Improvements

The george wilson center improvements project includes, but is not limited to, site and facility accessibility improvements and the selective demolition, renovation, and new construction within the existing building. The scope includes removal and installation of new finishes and fixtures, enlargement of an existing room using non-structural partitions, and complete renovation of existing toilet rooms, including correction of floor slab elevations, installation of new plumbing fixtures, the addition of one all-gender restroom, and accessory upgrades. The correction of floor slab elevations at existing toilet rooms includes correcting existing and new slab elevations to achieve proper slope and drain connections. General building improvements including flooring replacement, interior finishes replacement, and exterior finishes replacement as shown on the attached drawings. Plumbing, electric, and hvac improvements are required for improvements and include, but not limited to, upgrades to existing lighting, replacement of plumbing fixtures, relocation of existing hot water heaters, exhaust fan, and grease trap and new piping, venting, and insulation as required to ensure complete operational systems.
