Gentle Memorial Building Request for Proposals

Description: The Town of Houlton requests proposals to replace the triple steel door frame at the Houlton Parks and Recreation Building at 128 Main Street. The work includes furnishing and installing a new triple SR16 T 534 CFW A60 RHR/RHR/RHR – EWA (8) frame reinforced for closures and Rim Exit Devices, reusing/reinstalling the existing doors, exit devices, and closures, and supplying new hinges, NRP 32D, weatherstrip, brush door sweep, and thresholds.
