Activity Center Kitchen Remodel RFP
The project will involve the renovation and improvement of the existing warming kitchen area within the Highland Township Activities Center.
Description: Will include the remodel to the existing building including all mechanical electrical and plumbing. Will include the 788 s. F. Addition to the existing building including all mep and structure. Provide solid core paint grade doors at all new door assemblies; sand and paint existing doors within area of construction and as indicated on door schedule. Provide birch veneer doors at all new doors in lieu of paint grade doors. Remove and replace existing doors with new veneer doors in lieu of painting existing doors. (six (6) 3'-0'x7'-0" doors total). Will include the construction of the 910 s. F. Green house building, including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structura.

In general, the work consists of: upgrades to the control center via new pass through for med bags and radios, new HVAC install, make open ceiling concept to conceal electrical. This project also includes installation of new LED lights, new countertops, new radio holder, flooring, and counsel desk. Installation of door/intercom lights control system to be digital and mounted on control counsel. This work is located within a secure setting. See attached files and outside link.
