General Paving and Drainage Pricing Agreement

Description: Escambia County is soliciting an open Invitation To Bid for a pricing agreement covering a wide range of county projects, including drainage, roadway widening, dirt-road paving, community improvement, safe-route-to-school, traffic-calming, roadway reconstruction, and resurfacing work. Individual projects may not exceed $250,000 or have more than 25% of their value in balance-of-line items; eligible offerors must hold a General Contractor’s or Underground Utility Contractor’s license, and the contract will be administered by County Engineering and the Office of Purchasing. The pricing-agreement procedure uses low-bid selection and allows quotes for items not already on the agreement, while the solicitation is intended to replace County Road contract PD 22-23.126.
