General Counsel (Request For Proposal)

Description: The City desires to appoint an experienced attorney/firm to represent the City as its General Counsel. General Counsel shall serve as the chief legal authority for the City and shall coordinate legal strategy in furtherance of the sole interests of the City. General Counsel shall review all resolutions, ordinances, and contracts before the City Council, and shall serve as the chief legal advisor for the Mayor, Council, and City administration.
