Gallatin Public Utilities Pump Station #1 Total Roof Replacement RFP

Description: Provide a complete roof replacement for Public Utilities Pump Station #1. Tear off and remove the existing roof down to the concrete substrate and properly dispose of all materials. Remove the existing lightning protection from the parapet walls and reinstall it after completion of the new roof system. Install new pressure-treated wood nailers at the perimeter of the roof. Install one (1) layer of 1-1/2" polyisocyanurate insulation board. Install a new 60 MIL fully adhered TPO roof system. Properly flash all roof penetrations and parapet walls. Furnish and install walk pads around vent fans and roof access covers. Install new 24-gauge pre-painted steel perimeter flashings.
